CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in your treatment provider’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00. Please note that patients who miss their appointments with no notice (“no show”) will be charged “no show” fee of $250.00.
