Avoid blood-thinning medications (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Advil, Aleve) and supplements (fish oil, Vitamin E, Omega-3, garlic) for 1 week before treatment- do not stop any prescribed medication without first consulting your doctor

Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your appointment

Wash your hair with shampoo on the day of treatment. Do not apply conditioner, dry shampoo, styling products, or any product to the scalp

Arrive with a clean, product-free scalp

Inform your provider of all medications, supplements, and any changes to your health

Let us know if you have any scalp conditions, active infections, or skin sensitivities in the treatment area
After Your PRP Treatment

Avoid washing your hair or getting the scalp wet for at least 24 hours following treatment

Avoid touching or scratching the scalp for at least 24 hours

Skip strenuous exercise, heat, saunas, and sweating for 24–48 hours

Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours post-treatment

Do not apply styling products, dry shampoo, or chemical treatments to the scalp for at least 48 hours

Some mild redness, tenderness, or sensitivity on the scalp is normal and should resolve within a day or two

If DE|RIVE take-home serum has been provided, follow the application instructions given by your provider. Consistency is key to supporting your results

Avoid direct sun exposure on the scalp and wear a hat or apply SPF when outdoors during the healing period

Results develop gradually. Hair restoration is a process, not an overnight fix. Stay consistent with your treatment plan and follow-up appointments
