IPL – Intense Pulsed Light
A light-based photofacial that targets uneven tone, redness, and discolouration while supporting collagen production beneath the surface for brighter, clearer, more even-looking skin.
About the Treatment
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a non-invasive, light-based treatment designed to improve skin tone, clarity, and overall quality. Unlike traditional lasers that use a single wavelength, IPL delivers broad-spectrum light in gentle pulses, allowing it to address multiple concerns at once.
During treatment, a cooling gel is applied to the skin and protective eyewear is worn. Light pulses are delivered to the treatment area and are generally well tolerated, feeling like a quick warm snap or mild heat. Best results are typically achieved over a series of treatments.
